Jackie: I envisioned a realm where destinations transcend the ordinary in a startling and new way. I thought I knew what it was going to be like, but it wasn’t until I went on my first trip many years ago that I realized how truly transformative it would be. I’ve never been the same since.

Tell us about the Junior Explorer program.

Jackie: The Junior Explorer program is a bespoke experience tailored to each child's unique desires and hopes. It melds education and exploration as a means to bring a family closer together and gives the child a sense of personal freedom and the feeling of unlimited possibilities. What kid doesn’t want that?!

Your reputation for luxury concierge travel is renowned. What's your secret to crafting tailored experiences?

Jackie: Listening and learning. I’ve worked in corporate for over two decades, and I know that distinct travel is not about generalities but tailoring each experience to what a specific traveler (and their families) are looking for. Every single endeavor is distinctive, every desire meticulously attended to. The magic lies within the minutiae, and I’m obsessed with minutiae.

Do you have a personal travel experience that stands out amongst all others?

Jackie: A pivotal milestone for me was my solo expedition across all seven continents within 24 months pre-pandemic. It encapsulated my dedication to immersive travel and cultural exploration in a seismic way. It changed me in every manner. I was happier and felt freer. It was the culmination of my many years crafting itineraries for many people combined with the societal change that we’ve all experienced in recent times.
